Valentino D. Nardelli age 90 of Maple Shade, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. Born in Camden, he resided in Cherry Hill before moving to Maple Shade 15 years ago. Val was self employed in the flooring business, hardware and home decorating. An avid baseball player, he played at Woodrow Wilson High School and was scouted by the Philadelphia Phillies. He was fond of the flea markets, but most of all enjoyed time with his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Rose, and grandfather of the late Michael Romeo, he is survived by his devoted daughter Rose (Karl) Young, and loving son Joseph Nardelli, cherished grandchildren Stephen Romeo and Jackson Nardelli, great grandchildren Alexis and Mikey Romeo and their mother Natalie Bogsch, and great grandson, Mason Romeo. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Sunday, October 15th, 11 am - 1 pm, at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. Funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Entombment will be in Locustwood Memorial Park.
