Thomas J. Spencer, Sr.

Thomas J. Spencer, Sr. Age 57 of Maple Shade passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. Thom was born in Camden, on November 28, 1962 and was a lifetime resident of Maple Shade. He proudly served his country in the US Army, and was employed at UPS in Lawnside for 19 years as a trailer mechanic. Thom enjoyed fishing, wrestling, antique cars and Elvis. His greatest joy was his loving family.

Thom is survived by his loving wife Gwennan Spencer (nee Farr), dear father of Amanda Gail Spencer, Thomas J. Spencer, Jr. And Haillie Elizabeth Spencer, cherished grandfather of Cara Gwennan Ansert, devoted brother of William and Scott Spencer, uncle of Samantha and Taylor Spencer, Thom was the son of the late William and Marie Spencer.

Due to the pandemic, funeral service and burial in the NJ Veterans Cemetery will be private. A celebration of Thom’s life will be held at a later date.
