Sylvia L. Huff

Sylvia L. Huff of Forksville, Pa. passed away peacefully at home on Saturday February 15, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was 77 years of age. Born in Glen Gardner, NJ on January 9, 1948 to the late Walter and Eva Gray, she resided in New Egypt, NJ for many years before moving to Forksville. Sylvia owned and operated Village Hair Fashions in Allentown, NJ before moving the shoppe to New Egypt. She enjoyed visiting the casinos, and loved shopping, her birds and spending time with her family. 

Beloved wife of 47 years to William "Huffy" Huff, dear mother of Billie (Kendall) Achey, cherished grandmother of Barrett and Braelyn, loving sister-in-law of Debbie (Andy) McCabe, the late Frank (Marilyn) Huff, Ethel "Dee" (Robert) Tarcza, Stephen (the late June) Huff, Becky Steele and Darrell (Laura) Huff, Sylvia will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with her family on Tuesday, February 25th, 10 AM - 12 Noon at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main Street, Allentown, N.J. Her funeral service will follow at 12 Noon. Interment will be in the NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Due to cemetery restrictions, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sylvia's name to Eldredsville Fire Company, 402 State Rt 4007, Forksville, Pa. 18616. A memorial service will be held later in the spring at the Eldredsville Fire Company in Forksville.
