Ruth A. O'Neill

Ruth Ann O'Neill (nee Humphreys) of Cherry Hill passed away peacefully March 31, 2019. She was 100 years old. Born on January 19, 1919 in New York City, she resided for most of her life in Cherry Hill. Ruth attended Fordham University in New York City. She enjoyed chocolate, tulips, and a good cup of coffee. Ruth was also a fan of Cardinals (birds) and Notre Dame. Beloved wife of the late Howard M. O'Neill, she was the daughter of the late Mary V. and William Humphreys and sister of the late Marie, Bill and Joe Humphreys, she is lovingly survived by her daughter Gerri and her beloved dachshund Chloe. A viewing and visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd, 11am-12pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main Street, Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 noon. Interment will be in St. Charles cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
