Roberta S. Constantine

Roberta S. Constantine (nee Webb) age 94 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Maple Shade and remained a lifetime resident. Roberta worked as an operator for NJ Bell Telephone in Merchantvillle and Moorestown. She was an active member of the Maple Shade Congregational Church, member of the Leisure Club, OLPH Seniors, AARP, and the Women's Club and worked at Wee Love Child Care all in Maple Shade. Roberta enjoyed life, her greatest love was for that of her family.

 

Beloved wife of the late James T. Constantine, Sr., mother of the late Louise Teerink, Larry (Gina) Connor and Kevin Connor, loving mother of Arthur Scott (Mary Anne) Constantine, Denise Constantine, Terry (Tom) Knowles, and Kathy Cicale, devoted mother-in-law of Dee Connor, dear sister of Ronald (Robin) Webb, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews, stepmother of the late Frank (Pat) Constantine, James T., Jr. (Ginny) Constantine, Fred (the late Jean) Constantine, the late Ed Constantine, the late Robert (Pat) Constantine, Jane (the late Jerry) Batoff, and Dave (Bernadette) Constantine.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with her family on Thursday, December 3rd 7-9 pm at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. Funeral service and Interment in Beverly National Cemetery will be private. Social distancing will be in place, facial covering will be required, visitors are asked to please return to their cars after paying their respects so others may do the same. Memorial contributions may be made in Roberta's name to Glycogen Storage Disease @AGSDUS.org or to Autism Speaks @autismspeaks.org
