Raymond A. Szczepanski, Jr.
Raymond A. Szczepanski, Jr. age 73 of Mt. Laurel passed away on Saturday July 2, 2022. Ray was born in Philadelphia on July 17, 1948, formerly of Maple Shade and resided in Mt. Laurel for the last 53 years. He was a retired self employed carpenter. Ray was a former member and twice past president of the Maple Shade Jaycees and a member of the Happy Hour Club. Ray enjoyed fishing, dearly loved animals and his pet cockatiel “Corky”.
Beloved husband of the late Marie Szczepanski (nee Borelli), loving father of the late Maria Szczepanski, he is survived by devoted daughters Sheri Halliday and Kristiann Szczepanski, dear brother Ellen Szczepanski and Regina Garro, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with Ray’s family on Thursday, July 7th, 5-8 pm at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. A memorial service will follow at 8 pm at the funeral home.
