Raymond L. Klaus

Raymond L. Klaus of Maple Shade passed away peacefully on June 27, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was 74 years old. He was born on July 15, 1945 in Maple Shade and remained a lifetime resident. Ray retired from the Budd Company in Philadelphia as a die setter. He enjoyed fishing, camping and driving around in his golf cart. He got a kick out of giving people a hard time.

Beloved husband of Judith Klaus (nee Melcer), loving father of Raymond and his wife Kimberly Klaus, Michael and his wife Robin Klaus, and Lisa and her husband Charles Fisher, dear brother of Henry and his wife Jeannette Klaus and Amelia Klaus Bauer (the late Matthew) cherished grandfather of Kacie, Michael, Danielle, Alycia, Ryan and Callie, proud great grandfather of Karter, Ray is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Relatives and friends are in invited to his viewing on Wednesday evening, July 1st 7-9 pm, and Thursday morning 10-11 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade, NJ 08052. Funeral service will be held on Thursday morning 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park. Social distancing will be in place, all visitors are required to wear masks and asked to leave the premises and return to their cars after paying their respects to the family so that others may do the same. Memorial contributions may be made in Ray’s name to Compassionate Care Hospice, 261 Connecticut Drive, Suite 1, Burlington, NJ 08016.
