Ralph O. Church IV

Ralph O. Church IV, age 56, of Maple Shade passed away Firday, December 29, 2017. Born in Camden, he was a lifetime Maple Shade resident. Ralph was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and a 3rd Degree Knight in the OLPH Council #5714.Son of the late Ralph O. Church Jr., loving son of Jean Church (nee Weist), dear brother of Donna (Menzi) Gatti.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main Street, Maple Shade. Viewing and visitation will be held 10 am until time of service at the Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Deborah Hospital Foundation, 212 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
