Michael A. Orlando

Michael A. Orlando of St. Cloud, FL., formally of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away peacefully on Feb. 23, 2023. Born on May 12, 1934 to the late Cesare and Rose Orlando. He was 88 years old. Beloved husband of Pauline (Ozwirk) for 67 years, loving father to Paula (Steven) Mullen, Anthony Orlando, MaryLynn (John) Smith, Margaret (Andy) Kondracki, Barbara (John) Hoffman, and Trish (Greg) Andrada; cherished grandfather of Michelle, Sharon, Anthony, Carolyn, Amber, Andy, Jeff, Nick, Derek, and Alexis; adoring great-grandfather of Christian, Nathan, Rylan, Taegan, Jaylin, Brooklyn, Austin, and Brayden; dear brother of Sara Rogers, Theresa Sherretta, the late Antoinette Dell’Angelo, and the late Cesare Orlando; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Michael was an avid sports fan. You could always find him watching his kids playing sports. He enjoyed coaching CYO baseball back in the day and cheering on his children, grandchildren, and even his great-grandchildren. Michael would faithfully make trips back to New Jersey from Florida to visit. One of his greatest joys was being surrounded by family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am, Monday, March 27th at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 East Main Street, Maple Shade. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at the church from 10 am until time of service.
