Michael H. Hughes

Michael H. Hughes, of Maple Shade passed away at home on November 24, 2018. He was 51 years old. Born on May 31, 1967 in Fairfield, California, he was a lifelong resident of Maple Shade. Before becoming ill, Mike worked as a manager at Pep Boys. He was a graduate of Maple Shade High School where he played football, designated as an MVP and All South Jersey. Mike enjoyed fishing in his spare time.Dear father of Michael A., Alexander, Amanda and Mia, loving son of Henry and Nancy Hughes (nee Trombetta), cherished brother of Robert T. (Tarra) Hughes, and Michele (James) Chicano, special uncle to many nieces and nephews, also survived by many aunts, uncles and his former wife Maureen.A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 29th, 10-11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St., Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am following the visitation.
