John Herrmann

John Herrmann passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 97. Longtime resident of Maple Shade, NJ. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Ellis). Loving father of Jim and his wife Barbara Herrmann. Dear brother of Marie Holtz. Adoring grandfather of Johnathan (Sarah), Jeffrey (Sara) and Jennifer Herrmann. Caring great grandfather of Joshua, Connor and Chase. John proudly served as a combat medic in the US Army during WWII, volunteered for over 25 years with the election polls, loved spending time at the shore and enjoyed the many bus trips he took through the years. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday March 18th from 10-11 AM at the Mark C. Tilghman Funeral Home, 38 North Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade, NJ 08052. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday at the funeral home. Entombment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ.
