Jane M. Glisson

Jane M. Glisson (nee Hughes) age 78 of Maple Shade passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. She was born in Philadelphia on June 19, 1941 and was a 60 year resident of Maple Shade. Jane was employed at Hathaway's Diner in Cinnaminson, where she worked as a waitress for many years. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Jane was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, and enjoyed bowling and trips to the casinos. Her greatest joy was time spent with her beloved family.

Beloved wife of the late Maurice Glisson, Jr., loving mother of Maurice III (Clare) Glisson, Maureen (Michael) Goetz, James (Cathy) Glisson, Kevin (Karen) Glisson and Sean (Nadine) Glisson, dear sister of Jeannine (Ed) Cahill, and James Hughes, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions still in place, Jane's funeral and burial will be private. Her funeral service may be viewed on the website Saturday afternoon. Memorial contributions may be made in Jane's name to the National Kidney Foundation @kidney.org
