Frances H. Davies

Frances H. Davies (nee Saxton) of Maple Shade passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Davies was born in Camden on July 19, 1940, and was a lifetime resident of Maple Shade. She was retired from Rivera Labs in Haddon Heights, and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Frances enjoyed gardening, and was an excellent baker and dearly loved her family.

 

Beloved wife of the late Wesley Davies, Jr., loving mother of Michele (Steven) Ansert of Maple Shade and Wesley M. Davies of Maple Shade, cherished grandmother of Kristen (Jeremy) Reichelt, Steven J. (Katy) Ansert, Matthew J. Ansert, Dylan and Brooke Davies, dear great grandmother of Alexis, Aidan, Cole and Hunter, and also survived by her devoted bird Jimmy.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with her family on Saturday, January 22, 2022, 10 am - 12 noon at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Her funeral service will follow at 12 noon, at the funeral home. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing will be private. Memorial contributions in Frances name to St. Jude Children's Hospital @stjude.org or Donations, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, would be greatly appreciated. Masks will be required.
