Elaine A. Daly

On November 20, 2018, Elaine A. Daly (88) of Maple Shade passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Elaine has resided in Maple Shade for 67 years. Elaine was a devout parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. She was actively involved in the Altar Rosary Society, and the Senior Club of OLPH. She thoroughly enjoyed time spent with family, especially her grandchildren. Elaine was the beloved wife of the late James J. Daly, Jr., loving mother of Patricia M. (the late Paul) Price, Edward J. (Ellen) Daly, and James J. III (Mary Bridget) Daly. She was the cherished grandmother of Paul, Susannah, Edward, Joseph, Katie, Alannah and Sinead. In addition to her grandchildren, Elaine also was an adoring great grandmother to Ashley and Paul III. She was the dear sister of Joan Bryszewski, and cherished by many of her loving nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to Elaine’s viewing and visitation with her family on Sunday evening, November 25th, 6:00-9:00 pm and on Monday November 26th 9:30-10:30 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd, Maple Shade. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Monday, November 26th, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St., Maple Shade. Interment will be at Colestown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Elaine's name to OLPH Church at the above address, or to the Sisters of St. Joseph, 9701 Germantown Ave., Phila.,Pa. 19118-2694.
