Denise Duus

Denise Duus (nee Mullen) of Maple Shade passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on October 13, 2017. She was 52. Born in Philadelphia she was a lifetime area resident, and worked as a legal secretary for Cooper-Levenson Law Offices. Denise was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and the Maple Shade Band Parents.  She enjoyed attending shows at Walnut Street Theatre, bowling and playing pool. Spending time with her family was most important in her life.   Beloved wife of the late Scott A. Duus and daughter of the late Michael Mullen, she is survived by her loving children Melissa (Nick) Procacci, Elizabeth Duus and Charles Duus, dear daughter of Maryann and Norman Krusen, cherished grandmother of Brandon Duus and Lexi Procacci, devoted sister of Mary Ann (Lou) Ragone, Michael (Mary) Mullen, Steven (Paula) Mullen, Jimmy (Shelly) Mullen, Brian (Carolyn) Mullen, Denise Brocco, Scott (Danielle) Krusen, Michael (Jackie) Krusen, Cheryl (Tim) Clayton and Brian (Kristina) Krusen, also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces, nephews.   Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with her family on Tuesday, October 17th, 6 - 9 pm and Wednesday 10 - 11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St., Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 11 am. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
