David G. Christine, Jr.

David G. Christine, Jr. of Pennsauken passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021. He was 69 years of age. Born in Philadelphia on February 25, 1952, he lived in Mt. Laurel before moving to Pennsauken. Dave retired from Auto Zone where he worked in management. He was an enthusiastic Philadelphia Flyers fan and enjoyed anything to do with sports. Dave was an avid train collector, and very active with the Boy Scouts. He treasured time spent with his granddaughters.

Beloved husband of the late Maureen Christine (nee Carney), loving father of Michael (Brooke) Christine, cherished grandfather of Rory and Molly, dear brother of Bruce (Christa) Christine, Scott (Vicki) Christine and Hugh (Kathy) Christine, his former sister-in-law Irene, special brother-in-law of Peggy (Larry) DiGiovanne, Patricia (Stephen) Wilkinson, Eileen (Ed) Laurick and Kathleen (Leon) Gosciniak, and also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation with his family on Monday, March 8, 2021, 7-9 pm at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. Memorial service will follow at 9 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dave’s name to the American Kidney Fund @kidneyfund.org or Make-A-Wish Foundation @wish.org. Social distancing will be in place, facial coverings are required.
