Cynthia Santella

Cynthia J. Santella (Nelson) of Cherry Hill passed away on Tuesday November 26, 2024 at the age of 74. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 25,1949 to the late Robert and Elizabeth Nelson. Cindy formerly resided in Audubon Park before moving to Cherry Hill 30 years ago. She was employed as an administrative assistant for Local #152 Food Workers Union. Cindy loved fishing and the beach. She took pleasure in working on her yard and being outdoors. She loved spending time with friends and family. She was an avid reader and thrift store shopper. Cindy was known for her dry sense of humor, and selfless nature, making friends wherever she went and always willing to help anyone in need.

Beloved wife of the late Donald Kelly and Lazzaro Santella, loving mother of Lisa Kelly and Lori Kelly, dear sister of Denise (Larry) Schwartz, Jeffrey (Tina) Nelson, David (Renee) Nelson, and the late Robert and Lynn Nelson, cherished Aunt of Jeffrey, Jr. (Kate) Nelson, Michael (Maureen) Nelson, Lauren (Greg) James, Maxwell (Grace) Nelson, Desiree (Cody) Schwartz and Stacey (Andy) Redfield, Cindy will also be missed by many great nieces and great nephews. 

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation and gathering with her family on Saturday, December 7th, 10 AM-12 PM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Memorial contributions in Cindy's name may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation @parkinson.org.
