Michael J. Bottalico of Maple Shade passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 7, 2017. He was 90 years old. Born in Philadelphia, he was a resident of Maple Shade for the last 64 years. Mike retired as a letter carrier for the USPS in Maple Shade, and was an usher and longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Beloved husband of Merfrida Bottalico (nee Di Filippo), loving father of Michael, Jr. (the late Carolann), Richard and John Bottalico, cherished grandfather of Robert Bottalico, Michele Robinson and Jennifer Bottalico. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Thursday July 13th, 10-11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St., Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am. Entombment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in Mike's name to the American Lung Association, @ lung.org Memories and condolences may be shared by visiting marktilghman funeral home.com
