Timothy M. Ochlak of Maple Shade passed away peacefully on January 24, 2017. He was 32 years old. Born in Philadelphia he was a lifelong resident of Maple Shade. Tim was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. He played hockey, football, Little League and Babe Ruth baseball in Maple Shade and was an avid Philadelphia Flyers and Eagles fan. Beloved son of Timothy and Joan Ochlak (nee Steck), loving and devoted brother of Lisa (James) Kots and Andrew Ochlak, cherished uncle of Logan, also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Saturday, January 28th 8-9:30 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St., Maple Shade. Interment will be in Forrest Hills Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pa.
