Roy A. Sharples of Pine Hill passed away on Sunday October 23, 2016. He was 68 years old. Born in Camden, he grew up in Maple Shade, before moving to Pine Hill. Roy was a self employed auto mechanic, and a US Navy Veteran, proudly serving his country in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Gloucester Game and Fish Assoc., and was an avid hunter. Father of Roy A. Sharples, Jr., loving brother of Thomas (Debra) Sharples and Sandra (Mat) Allievi, devoted brother-in-law of Donna Sharples and Joseph Fisher, also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and dear friends Chinh and Michelle Killmer, son of the late Cyril and Eloise Sharples, loving father of the late Candace, dear brother of the late Cyril and Lee Sharples, and Cyrilla Fisher. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing and visitation with his family on Saturday, October 29th, 9-11 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade.
