Marianna H. Spitz, 90, of Ocean City, NJ. Died Friday, May 6, 2016. Predeceased by husband, John “George”, daughter Patricia McGovern (Dennis) and sons, Joseph, Edward and William. Survived by children: Marianna H. (Kieth) Van Laarhoven, Thomas C. (Mary Beth) Spitz, John G. (Rebecca) Spitz, Christian J. (Maribeth) Spitz, Eileen M.(Conrad) Busch, Rose D. (Thomas) Kane, Robert G. (Cecelia) Spitz, Regina (Terrance) Farrell, Margaret M. (the late Edward) Rathgeb, Marie T. (Thomas) McFadden, Kathryne M. (Patrick) Baker, Gregory J. Spitz, Maureen A. (the late Russell) Kilian. Also survived by 2 brothers and 2 sisters as well as 33 grandchildren and 31 greatgrandchildren. She was a Registered Nurse for 25 years at various local hospitals throughout southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, a Eucharistic Minister for 10 years at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Ocean City, and a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish for 33 years. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday, May 12th, 10AM-11:30AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Maple Shade, NJ, immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial.
