Thomas J. Hugues III

Thomas J. Hugues III (Seraph) age 33, passed away on October 23, 2015. He was well known as DJ Seraph and spun his vinyl at many clubs in Philly and throughout the United States. He was one of the original founding members of Defcon, and was affiliated with Local 13 Events Promotions and DnB TV. He was prolific with his sets of Drum and Bass, and was one of the main DJ's responsible for it's reemergence in Philly. Tom was also a skilled fabricator and worked with his father at C & H Mechanical for many years. Tom is survived by his mother, Susan Myers Spatz (Robert), his father, Thomas Hugues (Gale), his siblings, Christopher Myers (Martyka), Ashley Hugues (Tommy McAllister), Katie Brooks (Sean), Alison Spatz, Kevan Spatz (Crystal), his grandmother Dolores Hugues, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts. He is predeceased by his brother Rocco Mulvenna, grandfather Thomas Hugues, Sr. and grandparents Joseph and Janet Myers. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with service immediately following on Thursday, October 29th, 2015 at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade, NJ
