William J. "Bill" Howe, Jr. passed away suddenly on Monday September 14, 2015. He was 42 years old. Born in Willingboro, Bill was a lifetime resident of Maple Shade. He was employed by Verizon in Hainesport as a Technician. Bill was known as "Mr. Baseball" and was president and coach for the Maple Shade Baseball Association, and was an Eagle Scout with Troop # 28. He enjoyed fishing and riding dirt bikes with his kids. Beloved husband of Michelle Howe (nee Dickson), devoted and loving father of Reid age 9, Jack age 7 and Georgia age 3, beloved son of William, Sr. and Frances Howe, cherished brother of Deborah (David) Shaffer and Jennifer (John) Bensted, dear son-in-law of Gene and Barbara Dickson, and Georgia Dickson, loving brother-in-law of Christopher Dickson. Relatives and friends are invited to Bill's viewing and visitation with his family on Friday evening, September 18th 6-9 pm and Saturday morning 9-11 am at the Mark C. Tilghman Funeral Home, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. His funeral service will follow on Saturday at 11 am.
