Adeline "Addie" Edythe Mitchell (Smith) October 27, 1943-September 9, 2015 of Cinnaminson, formerly of Maple Shade. Addie was preceded in death by her father, John, her mother, Adeline and her brother, John. She is survived by her daughter, Donna, her brother, Charles (Beverly), and her sisters, Cassie Dent and Midge Donia (Joe). Addie is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She worked many years for her father at his cafe in Palmyra, where she developed her love of cooking for others. In the following years, she worked for Burlington County Trust, First People's Bank, Corestates and Target of Mt. Laurel. Addie loved to sew, crochet and needlepoint gifts for others. She was given the gift of faith, by her mother, and was a long-time member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Maple Shade, where she taught Sunday School and praised God through singing in the choir. Most importantly, Addie was a selfless, loving mother, who passed on her faith in, and love of, God. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with her family on Tuesday September 15th 9-11 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade. Her funeral service will follow at 11 am. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park. Memories and condolences may be shared by visiting marktilghmanfuneralhome.com
