Norma Marguerite Vaughn

Norma Marguerite Vaughn (nee Huhn) of Lutheran Crossings Nursing Home Moorestown, formerly of Pennsauken, on Sept. 8th at Samaritan Hospice, Mt. Holly. Wife of the late Robert Miller Vaughn. Mother of David L. Vaughn (Pat). Nanny to Kristen, Tim and Becky. Also survived by her sister Marilyn Zook of Lancaster, 3 nieces and 3 nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a visitation with Norma’s family on Wednesday September 16th 10 – 11 AM, her memorial service will follow at 11 AM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade, NJ. Burial for the remains of both Norma and Robert will be in Longanecker‘s Reformed Mennonite Cemetery 602 Strasburg Pike, West Lampeter Township, Lancaster, PA. on Thursday September 17th at 11 AM. She loved to travel, spend time at the Jersey shore, keeping in touch and being with friends and family (particularly her grandchildren). Among her many interests Norma had a lifelong love and appreciation for music, singing in several choral groups and church choirs and appearing in a local production of “Oklahoma” with the Musicrafters. Donations in Norma’s memory may be made to J. P. McCasky High School, Class of 1939, Office of Alumni Assoc., 445 North Resevoir St., Lancaster, PA 17602. The family would like to express their appreciation for the care and love given to Norma by the Samaritan Hospice and by the many wonderful people at Lutheran Crossings.
