Adelaide C. Hagan age 90 of Orlando, Fl., formerly of Maple Shade passed away on Sunday January 11, 2015. She was born in Philadelphia and was a resident of Maple Shade since 1941. Adelaide retired 37 years after 35 years as an operator with NJ Bell Telephone. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help church and a member of the Telephone Pioneers. Beloved daughter of the late John M. and Helen (nee Dooley) Hagan. Adelaide was preceded in death by her brothers Jack and Tom as well as her sister Eileen. Adelaide is survived by 49 nieces and nephews of three generations and the neighborhood that called her Aunt Addie. She loved her friends and neighbors, her movie outings and dinners with friends. She gardened, tended her lawn, and always had time for others. She so much appreciated the time her friends made for her. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday January 24th 10 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main St, Maple Shade. A visitation with her family will be held on Saturday 9:30-10:00 am at the church. Interment in Mt Carmel cemetery will be private.
