Violet W. Yates

Violet W. Yates age 89 of Moorestown passed away on Monday August 25, 2014. Born in Camden, she lived in Mystic Island for 20 years before moving to Moorestown. Violet was a member of the St Mary's School and the H. C. Sharp School PTA and the St Anthony of Padua Altar Rosary Society all in Camden. Beloved wife of the late Wilbur, loving mother of Dennis (Joan) Yates, dear grandmother of Dennis II (Jennifer) Yates and Shannon (Colin) Broecker, cherished great grandmother of 4, devoted sister of Anna Buchanan. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and visitation with the family on Friday August 29th 9:30-10:30 am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd, Maple Shade. Funeral service will be held on Friday 11:30 am at the NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Interment will follow.
