Patricia M. McGovern age 65 of Maple Shade died peacefully on June 9, 2014. Daughter of the late John Spitz, Pat was the beloved wife of Dennis Michael McGovern, daughter of Marianna Spitz, devoted mother of Douglas (Sandy) Tracy, Daniel (Gina) Tracy, Chad (Jennifer) Tracy, stepmother of Linda Sue (Al) Kohlenburg, Ellen (Ed) Abele, Donna Goldsmith, beloved grandmother of Alexis, Lake, Samantha, Amanda, Lauren, Chad, Jr., Dominic and Isabella Tracy, Joe Ouellette, Andrew Berg and Albert Kohlenberg, also survived by 8 sisters and 5 brothers, Marianna Vanlaarhoven, Thomas Spitz, John George Spitz, Chris Spitz, Eilleen Busch, Rose Kane, Robert Spitz, Regina Farrell, Meg Rathgeb, Marie McFadden, Kathy Baker, Gregory Spitz, and Maureen Kilian, sister-in-law of Virginia Johnston, brother-in-law of Joseph McGovern, 23 nieces and nephews. Pat retired from the American Water Co., and was a parishioner and Eucharistic Minister of Our Lady of Perpetual Help church. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday June 11th, 6-9 pm at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd, Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday June 12th 11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church, 236 E. Main St, Maple Shade. Interment will be in NJ Veterans cemetery.
